These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TINT360 regarding your use of our digital platforms and the purchase of our professional window tinting and protection services.

Services

TINT360 provides specialized automotive and architectural film solutions, including but not limited to Window Tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and Ceramic Coating. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
  • All services are subject to vehicle inspection and condition.
  • Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Service results may vary based on glass quality and existing vehicle conditions.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or contacting TINT360. You
are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is presented in a clean condition (unless wash services are booked)
and for removing all personal valuables prior to service.

Scheduling & Appointments

Booking Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment slot for premium services like full- car PPF or Ceramic Coating.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a rescheduling fee.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and cash.

Pricing is subject to change based on actual vehicle size, glass complexity, and material chosen at the time of service.

Warranty Disclaimer

  • WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our professional installations are backed by manufacturer warranties against bubbling, peeling, or fading. However, TINT360 does not warrant against:

  • Physical damage or scratches caused by user negligence.
  • Cleaning with abrasive materials or ammonia-based products.
  • Pre-existing glass damage or road debris impact.
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TINT360 and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

TINT360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
