Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is heavily-relied on to support and optimize our organization’s
digital marketing programs. Duties for the Digital Marketing Coordinator will include tracking
campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and
artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and
handling general digital marketing activities. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be
an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization’s image, improving
digital communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective
campaigns.
Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy,
well-organized, and must be excellent writers and communicators. Ultimately, the exceptional
Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive
highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives in
a timely manner.
Required Experience:
Two to five years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency firm or similar role.
Required Competencies & Skillset:
Ability to create and implement an annual marketing strategy
Google Suites (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Google My Business, Powerpoint etc.)
Facebook (Optimize content, engagement, commenting, responding to comments, boosted post, reels,
ads, ecommerce, lives, polls, links, appointments, build following, generating website traffic,
enhancing SEO, call to action, offers/promotions,retargeting & reminding, info update, stories,
hashtags, tracking analytics etc.)
Instagram (Optimize content , create and follow content calendar, posts, reels, lives, stories, call to action, engagement,
commenting, boosted posts, ads, e-commerce/store, appointments, build following, polls, pins,
highlights, tracking analytics etc.)
TikTok (Create relevant content, music/effects, advertising, hashtags etc.
YouTube (Managing channel, customizing profile, relevant keywords in videos such as titles,
tags & descriptions, playlists, uploading content regularly, stories, interaction and engagement,
clickable links to reference other, SEO, linking to landing pages etc.)
LinkedIn (Posts, opitmize, SEO, translations, keywords, hashtags, custom buttons, links,
interaction and engagement, messages, linking to landing pages etc.)
Clubhouse (B2B business marketing, share brand story through the creation of compelling
content, start page and implement different capabilities)
WordPress Website (Optimization, blogs, content, copyright, landing pages, tracking analytics, creating forms, linking
social platforms to WordPress website, email marketing etc. )
Mail Chimp (multiple email campaigns on a weekly basis, promotions, implementing automation
relevant to location in the sales cycle, email tracking, view success and click-through rates,
custom reports, ability to manage subscribers and non-subscribers, landing pages etc.)
Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (social media graphics, website mockups, branding elements,
and print collateral)
Video Editing
Implement and analyze performance metrics
Special Demands:
This position will require scheduled weekends and holidays, along with long hours in order to
meet deadlines and targets

Title: Phone Sales Representative
Job Description:
Telephone Sales Representatives answer incoming calls and work to sell prospective customers products and services. They answer customer questions and address concerns, and should be enthusiastic about representing our company. They work from scripts but are able to improvise when needed to build customer relationships and answer questions.
An effective Telephone Sales Representative will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships through excellent communication and superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and rebuttles.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
