After 8 incredible years, I have made the very difficult decision to close the chapter of TINT 360 in Phoenix. This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary—filled with joy, challenges, lessons, and, most importantly, connections with so many amazing and talented people along the way.

Life is a journey of evolution, purpose, and impact. Over the years, I have grown, we have grown, and the winds of change have shifted my sail in a new direction. As someone who cares deeply about people and purpose, I’ve been called to explore new ventures and opportunities that will allow me to continue evolving and making an impact in new ways.

This is the start of a new chapter, but it’s one I step into with immense gratitude and appreciation. To our loyal customers who have trusted us year after year with your vehicle protection needs—you are the heart of TINT 360. Your support, love for our brand, and belief in our team have been the driving force behind everything we’ve accomplished. Without you, we wouldn’t have made it this far, and for that, I am forever grateful.

To the incredible team who made it all possible—you are the backbone of this company. You showed up early, stayed late, and poured your hearts into serving our customers and building something truly special. I am so thankful for your dedication, hard work, and passion. You are remarkable, and I am honored to have worked alongside you.

To those who may see this as a failure or giving up, I assure you it is neither. This decision was not made lightly, but with the understanding that life’s seasons bring change, growth, and new opportunities. I hope each of you gets to experience the beauty of evolving, of turning a new leaf, and of creating something extraordinary that leads to something even greater.
